01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "tayawin8" / "the Platform" refers to the online gaming website accessible at tayawin8.club and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the tayawin8 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by a User on the tayawin8 platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's tayawin8 account, including real-money deposits and any applicable bonus credits.
• "Bonus Credits" refers to promotional funds credited to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region where online gambling is illegal or where tayawin8 does not hold the necessary licenses to operate.
• "GCash" / "PayMaya" / "Maya" refers to Philippine e-wallet payment services accepted on the tayawin8 platform.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the tayawin8 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the tayawin8 platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game rules.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the tayawin8 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

03 Eligibility

To register and use the tayawin8 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as Players.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of tayawin8, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

04 Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the tayawin8 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. tayawin8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify tayawin8 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. tayawin8 reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of suspected unauthorized access or fraudulent activity.

• Registration requires a valid email address, a unique username, and a secure password.
• You may be required to submit a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license) for identity verification.
• tayawin8 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the tayawin8 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). tayawin8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card (Philippine-issued)

Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to verification requirements. tayawin8 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

tayawin8 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Processing times vary by payment method and are estimates only — tayawin8 does not guarantee specific processing timeframes.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

tayawin8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account verification and are in good standing.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus credits must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• tayawin8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or false information, will be forfeited and the account suspended.
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — for example, live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate than slots. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.

07 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the tayawin8 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game.

tayawin8 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected wager amount will be returned to the Player's account balance.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tayawin8 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any such exploitation must be reported to tayawin8 immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the tayawin8 platform or its underlying software.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other Players or the operation of the platform.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the tayawin8 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of tayawin8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the tayawin8 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the tayawin8 platform without prior written consent from tayawin8.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tayawin8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the tayawin8 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

tayawin8 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tayawin8 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the platform.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, tayawin8's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11 Privacy & Data

tayawin8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on the tayawin8 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tayawin8 implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and tayawin8 cannot guarantee absolute security.

tayawin8 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to provide the tayawin8 service.

12 Responsible Gaming

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus credits that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact tayawin8 customer support to seek an informal resolution. tayawin8 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
